Mediterranean Menu with a Strong Italian Accent!

We are an Italian couple dedicated at the Restaurant Business for more than 30 years, working around the world.

We came to Cabarete in 2011 and we fell in love with Bliss!!! One week was enough for us to decide to buy it and since then we are here every night to make sure you can have a wonderful experience!!

Now after 14 years we coronate our dream and open in our own location, starting a new adventure!!

The atmosphere and the ambiance are still the same but with a fresh twist, ready to welcome old friends and new faces alike.

Bliss is open only for Dinner, offering Fresh Local Fish, Home Made Pasta, US Angus Steaks, and a variety of Homemade Desserts complimented by a large selection of Italian and International Wines. 

Chef Andrea is making all the fresh homemade Italian pasta, the bread and our delicious deserts to offer you the flavors of Italy!!!
